Blind Origin


Overview

At Blind Origin, each product is created through a unique artistic process and offered under a pay-what-you-wish pricing model. Because of this, our refund and return policy is intentionally limited and strictly enforced.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect price selection under the pay-what-you-wish model

  • Personal preference (size, color, or design expectations)

All purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed.


Damaged or Defective Products

We will only offer a resolution if the product is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Blind Origin will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement product, or

  • Issue a store credit, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish

  • Natural variations due to handcrafted or artistic processes

  • Perceived differences between screen display and actual product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • In cases where a replacement is approved, Blind Origin will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled


Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the package

We may:

  • Require additional shipping fees for re-delivery, or

  • Issue store credit after deducting shipping and handling costs
