Blind Origin is a for-profit brand that collaborates with artists trained through Blind Academy, a non-profit organization supporting visually impaired individuals.

Products offered may include:

Items handcrafted by visually impaired artisans
Products featuring designs created by visually impaired artists and reproduced through methods such as digital printing, embroidery, or other techniques

Blind Origin and Blind Academy are separate legal entities.

Pay-What-You-Wish Pricing Model

Blind Origin operates a voluntary pricing model.

Customers may choose their own price or select from suggested pricing tiers.
Each product has a mandatory minimum price, which covers baseline costs including production, packaging, and logistics.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

The price selected is final, voluntary, and non-negotiable
Orders placed below the minimum price will not be processed
No post-purchase price adjustments, refunds, or disputes based on pricing decisions will be entertained

Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

Refuse or cancel any order
Limit or restrict quantities per customer or order
Modify or discontinue products at any time

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import regulations, which are the sole responsibility of the customer
Blind Origin shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon dispatch.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our pricing model and products:

All sales are final, except in cases of defective or damaged products
Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with adequate photographic or video evidence

We reserve the right to:

Assess and verify claims
Approve replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:

Variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to production methods or display settings
Handmade or artisan-influenced variations are inherent and not considered defects
