At Blind Origin, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs are already included within the product pricing (minimum price), allowing you to focus on choosing the value you wish to pay without additional shipping charges at checkout.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship:

  • Within India

  • Internationally to selected countries

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.


Delivery Timelines

  • International: 7–21 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country

  • These charges are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer

Blind Origin is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.


Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or external factors beyond our control

However, if your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If an order is delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to receive the package

We may:

  • Require additional shipping charges for re-delivery, or

  • Issue store credit after deducting shipping and handling costs
